About me
Curious by nature. Systems-minded by habit.
I started my career as a copywriter, but I kept finding myself building systems around the work: voice guides, research frameworks, editorial processes. Eventually, I realized I was as interested in how content gets made and maintained as I was in the content itself.
That instinct became a discipline when I inherited a struggling content operation at G Web Pro. Redesigning the process taught me something that's shaped my work ever since: when people are struggling to deliver, the system they're working within is worth examining first.
I've carried that thinking into product documentation, UX writing, and content operations. I enjoy untangling messy problems, finding patterns, and building practical solutions with the people who use them. I'm especially drawn to work where I can take ownership, collaborate across teams, and keep improving something after it's launched.
Beyond the desk.
I spend a lot of time in front of screens, both for work and for my nerdier hobbies. Living in downtown Toronto gives me plenty of reasons to get away from them: long walks, wandering into random shops, and an ongoing search for interesting snacks. There's usually somewhere new to explore, or something new to eat.
